About Pattison Pastoral Butchery
We believe consumers deserve nutrient-dense, delicious meat without the complexities of the corporate supply chain. It’s an honor to provide a product from animals raised in low-stress environments on a nutrient-rich, grass-based diet. We produce regeneratively grown beef and lamb on 4200 acres near Wakool, NSW, with our butchery located in Deniliquin. Our Angus and Angus Cross cattle, along with Merino Cross Dorset and White Suffolk lambs, offer superior quality. We deliver sides of beef and lamb, cut and packed to your specifications, throughout most of the Riverina and Murray regions. Custom orders are also welcome.
