About TEGRIDEER
We have the only Game Meat Processing Plant in the state of NSW that's legally allowed to process their wild harvested game meats for human consumption. We are a dual licenced retail butcher shop/game meat processing plant.
We have our own team - and contractors - of professional shooters/harvesters. Who are contracted to ethically harvest wild game animals in Australia, for both private and government programs.
We see the product from bush to plate. Meaning we see the animal from down the sights of the rifle, through the entire processing stage (field eviscerating, skinning, cleaning, inspecting, butchering, and packaging) before it gets to our consumers plates to be cooked.
We pride ourselves on 'nothing goes to waste'. That's why we supply multiple industries across Australia, from pet food, to Chef Hat winning restaurants. Leaving none of the harvested animals being wasted.
