The BEEF AUSTRALIA nationally award winning beef, honey and eggs are supplied from the farm of Lachlan and Kate James and family. Lamb, bacon, soughdough and olives are sourced from local farming families across the Namoi Valley.

6kg Fresh beef pack. Yearling grain assisted beef, aged for 2 weeks prior to cut up. No bones or trim, just high quality, national award winning beef.
Farmer produced and farmer delivered.
Please note that due to carcase weight variation, packs may differ slightly. However, our aim is to provide the following in each pack, with a guaranteed minimum of 6kg total product.
  • 1 x 2 T-bone steak
  • 1 x 2 Scotch fillet steak
  • 1 x 2 Rump steak
  • 1 x 2 Round steak or Blade steak
  • 3 x 500g Mince
  • 3 x 500g plain thin sausages
