1/8 Angus Beef Pack – Meal Maker Mixed Cuts
Southern Highlands Meats pasture fed yearling steers are processed between 400-450kg lwt.
This allows you to purchase a pasture fed body of beef direct from our property and have it butchered to your requirements.
Your order will be packaged into selected portion cut sizes into freezer bags.
Ie: Mince and snags in 1kg lots, 4 cut steaks to a bag.
Please note body will be hung for 7-10 days prior to butchering.
The final price is calculated from the bone-in weight (dressed weight) prior to processing the carcass into individual cuts
Full carcass weights average 190-220kg
Price is charged 1/4 Body, Bone In, approx 40kg + bones

Scotch Fillet, Eye Fillet, Rump Steak, Minute Steak, Brisket, Silverside, Premium Mince, Diced Chuck Beef, Beed Strip, Beef Sausages
Offal is not offered on a 1/8 Box
All of our sausages are gluten free
Cattle Health:
Our cattle are pasture fed year round on sown Millet, Sorghum and Winter Oats along with our improved pastures of Rye, Cocksfoot and Clover.
Our Cattle are Multimined, Vaccinated and Drenched on their cycle.
NO mRNA Vaccines have ever been used on our farms livestock.
