The BEEF AUSTRALIA nationally award winning beef, honey and eggs are supplied from the farm of Lachlan and Kate James and family. Lamb, bacon, soughdough and olives are sourced from local farming families across the Namoi Valley.

 

5kg Fresh Try and See beef pack. Yearling grain assisted beef, aged for 2 weeks prior to cut up. No bones or trim, just high quality, national award winning beef.
Farmer produced and farmer delivered.
This pack is designed as a Try and See sample box, and hence its contents may vary with each delivery. There is a guaranteed minimum of 5kg total product, comprising:
  • 2 Premium Steaks (T-bone or Scotch Fillet or Rump)
  • 2 Roasting Steaks (Blade or Round)
  • 1.5kg Roast (Corned Silverside or Topside)
  • 2.5kg Premium mince or thin sausages or diced chuck (or combination)
All product (excluding sausages) comes cryovaced.
