Made with our Pasture Raised, Heritage Pork, these sausages are simple yet delicious. Our thin sausages contain rice flour that acts as a binder , a smattering of salt and pepper and uses a natural casing.
Each pack contains 5-6 thin sausages, sealed in a vacuum package and are freshly frozen.
