Our Angus steers are pasture-fed year-round on diverse, nutrient-rich forages including millet, sorghum, winter oats, ryegrass, cocksfoot, and clover. This natural diet creates beef that’s deeply flavoursome and beautifully marbled.

Live weight before processing averages 400–450kg, with full carcass weights around 200–220kg. Your 1/8 pack is portioned from this, hung on the bone for 7–10 days to enhance tenderness and depth of flavour.
