Looking for a saving on our premium speckle park beef? Purchase a bulk amount of speckle park beef from one side of a processed beast. You will receive between 40kg of meat, in a wide variety of cuts.

These cuts include Brisket, Roasts, Corned beef/silverside, Eye fillet, Rib fillet, T Bone, Rump, Osso Bucco, Mince, Sausages, Steakettes, Diced beef, Ribs.

The roast and steak cuts may vary depending upon availability.  Part of our ethos isnose-to-tail eating with nothing going to waste, cuts available depend on what we have when your order is being cut and packed.  If you have a specific request please put it in the notes and we’ll try our best. This table provides an approximate breakdown of your pack based on the total carcass weight. We account for a small amount of natural loss during processing—typically 5%—due to shrinkage, trim, and moisture reduction. Of the remaining weight, around 75% will be usable meat cuts, and 25% will consist of bone and trim. Please keep in mind that weights are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the animal and how it’s processed. Benbullen Speckle Park Meats

We are dedicated to raising high-quality cattle that are both productive and environmentally sustainable. We specialise in breeding and finishing of Speckle Park cattle, a breed known for its superior meat quality, adaptability, and docile temperament. We are driven by our passion for the paddock-to-plate concept. This has led us to establish a commercial and stud herd of Speckle Park cattle and focus on sustainability and traceability and seen the development of a small on-site butcher shop to sell to the public. Farmed by Nicky and Lashay, processed locally at Radfords and then butchered by Nicky’s brother Bryan and sold by Nicky’s Son Jim, aiming to bring our beef and pork produce from the farm gate to the consumer. We are excited to share our produce with you and tell you a bit of our story one steak at a time.
