How we work

Everything we sell is by the carton.

When you order from us you get a carton with one cut in it. So for example if you order porterhouse you will get 3 or 4 whole porterhouse, each one vac packed and sealed in a carton.

Carton weight ranges from order to order and will be around 12 – 18kg. You are only charged for the weight you receive.

To order you pay a $50 deposit and a carton is selected for you. At this time we invoice you for the full amount based on the weight and once payment is received we deliver.
