How We Work
We sell everything by the carton.
When you place an order with us, you’ll receive a carton containing a single cut of meat. For instance, if you order porterhouse, you’ll get 3 or 4 whole porterhouse steaks, each vacuum-packed and sealed within the carton.
The weight of each carton varies with each order, typically ranging from 12 to 18 kg. You’ll only be charged for the exact weight you receive.
To place an order, a $50 deposit is required. Once the deposit is paid, a carton is selected for you, and we invoice you for the total amount based on the carton’s weight. Upon receiving full payment, we deliver your order.
